Have a smelly car? Smelly closet? Smelly  locker?  Instead of reaching for a chemically laden air freshener, why not try a natural solution. We've used cedar, baking soda, and lavender in our closets with great success. Now, we are giving this bamboo charcoal deodorizer a try.

The whole set up is basically a linen bag filled with bamboo charcoal. We all know charcoal is great for absorbing impurities, so it would be a great way to remove odors in your car, closets, even whole rooms.

Bamboo is a quick growing, renewable product so it makes sense to use it over nonrenewable products whenever possible.

The thing I like best about this is that it works - and it works without adding anything toxic into our environment. Better still, it is made from a renewable product and can even live on after the charcoal is no longer absorbing odors.

Finally - The Best natural DIY homemade deodorant recipe that actually works!

A recipe for a natural charcoal deodorant that actually works? I figure out what really works in natural deodorants.

You may have heard of Schmovie - it's an award winning game. But it's since been updated to be even more family friendly.

We set the game up and understood the instructions in less than 3 minutes! Woo!! This is a huge bonus - right up front - because sometimes games can get complicated and people can get antsy while you try to get things figured out.

This game is very much in the genre of Apples to Apples and other fun party games. It uses your creativity, is safe and okay for everyone that knows how to read/write, and can definitely bridge the generation gaps.

We had a lot of fun with it and will play it again....and often. I would highly reco…
