Exercising Safely

If you're new to an exercise routine or are wanting to exercise in the correct heart beat range, then you might want to look into Heart rate monitors.

You can get monitors that strap on to your chest or that you wear like a wrist watch. You can check your heart rate as you exercise. I've worn a wrist watch monitor while running and performing strenuous exercise and it's amazing to see how high your heart rate can go. And just how quickly it recovers as you slow down.

It's insightful and very useful to an exercise routine.
