Yoplait Smoothies Fitness Kit Review and Giveaway

Seven out of every Ten Americans do not get the recommended 2 to 4 servings of fruit per day. Wow! But really, 2 to 4 servings is what's recommended? I'm shocked on both accounts. One super easy way to get more fruit (and yummy yogurt) into your diet is to use Yoplait's frozen smoothie mixes.

Fruit smoothies have become my delicious & satisfying new replacement for the more fattening, unhealthier options of the past. Fruit smoothies can be so tasty (& I imagine even more so when using the Yoplait Smoothie mixes I've haven't had the opportunity to enjoy yet) that they truly feel like the yummiest dessert option to choose.

Having a smoothie for breakfast is the easiest way get in some fruit. The yoplait smoothie packs would be quick and easy. One of my favorite smoothie recipes is 1 frozen banana, 1/4 cup skim milk, 1 yoplait light yogurt (straw/banana) and ice. Yum!
