4 Miles!


I made it! No more excuses, I ran 4 miles. It had been 15 days since my last run. My daughter was sick, then we had 9 days of vacation, then there was the getting back to normal, and all kinds of extra excuses. So today was the day!

Next week, I hope to be back to my regular 3 times a week. I'm going to work on consistently hitting the 4 mile mark, then I'll shoot for 4.25, 4.5 and eventually 5. Wow! That's scary to type. I was super sweaty today, but maybe someday I'll make it to 5 miles.
